You’ll start with a comprehensive initial session to review your history, lifestyle, and goals, followed by ongoing sessions to help you apply what you’re learning in a way that fits your daily life.
The health coach package is best used over a three-month period so you can build consistency, receive ongoing support, and get the most from each session.
