  • What to Expect

    Health Coaching consists of a one-on-one, personalized conversation (one-hour session) that educates without overwhelm and provides realistic, practical steps to help you make lifestyle changes. You can ask questions and seek in-depth guidance about your health; and your health coach will provide recommendations based on your needs.

  • The Health Coaching Process

    You will schedule your health coach appointment and complete the intake questionnaire before the appointment. During the appointment, we will review your questions, goals, and current routines and discuss any daily recommendations and current protocols you may be on. Together, we’ll talk about what matters most to you and find practical steps that feel meaningful and doable in your daily life. You’ll have a say in shaping a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle.

Meet 3:6 Wellness’ Health Coach, Brooke

Brooke received her Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2023. Since then, she has worked closely with women who feel overwhelmed by where to begin, often trying to change everything at once and quickly burning out. Although many of her clients have been women, she works with individuals who are ready for a steady, sustainable lifestyle change.

She understands that lasting progress does not come from intensity, but consistency. Having been on her own health journey since 2019, Brooke was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and has navigated seasons of anxiety and depression. Through intentional changes to her nutrition, movement, stress management, and daily habits, she has lost and maintained a 65-pound weight loss not through extremes, but through sustainable lifestyle shifts.

That experience shapes how she coaches: practical, thoughtful, and focused on building structure that fits each person’s goals and season of life.

She is grateful to serve as part of 3:6 Wellness, helping guide patients toward healthier, more stable lifestyles while supporting the clinic’s continued growth and mission.
