ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Britt Smith APRN, FNP is the founder and owner of 3:6 Wellness Clinic. As an advanced practice family nurse practitioner with ten years of experience and a registered nurse with 25 years of experience, she has comprehensive experience across family practice, acute care settings, and hospice care.
After practicing conventional medicine for the past ten years, Britt noticed that the current healthcare model didn’t align with her beliefs about health. She was rushed to see more patients and noticed that insurance companies often dictate patient care and operate on an “illness model” instead of a “health model.”
Britt's passion is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that involves developing a personal relationship with her patients to serve them in their health journeys better. Throughout her health journey, she found that a holistic approach to wellness was the key to her battle with colon cancer in 2021. A holistic approach to wellness – mental, physical, and spiritual has contributed to her overall health and well-being.
